Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 31, 2026

Applicable Entity and Development Attribution

This Privacy Policy is exclusively applicable to the mobile application branded as SugarPulse (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), which is officially distributed via the Google Play platform.

The App is a proprietary product developed, maintained, and fully managed by Al Tech Developer (collectively referred to herein as the "Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). For the avoidance of doubt, any and all references to the Developer within this document shall denote the legal entity vested with full operational authority and accountability for the SugarPulse application.

In the event that you have acquired SugarPulse through the Google Play Store, this Privacy Policy shall serve as the binding instrument that delineates the procedures and standards concerning the collection, utilization, retention, and dissemination of your personal data throughout your engagement with the App.

Operational Workflow Overview

The data processing procedure within the application is structured as follows:

  1. Users are required to upload photographic content and subsequently select a preferred stylistic template from the available options.
  2. A dedicated instance of the stable diffusion framework is fine-tuned using the submitted imagery, enabling a customized generation outcome tailored to the individual user.
  3. Following the completion of the fine-tuning phase, the system produces a distinctive avatar derived from the user-specific model parameters.
  4. Upon successful avatar generation, both the originally uploaded photographs and the temporarily instantiated model copy are subjected to permanent and irreversible deletion from our server infrastructure. It is important to acknowledge that avatar utilization is subject to explicit content restrictions---specifically, the creation of nude imagery or the unauthorized use of third-party portraits is strictly prohibited.
  5. Under no circumstances shall user-contributed data be incorporated into any general-purpose model training regimen, nor shall it be repurposed for the development of separate or ancillary artificial intelligence offerings.

Cloud-Based Processing Initiated by User Action

SugarPulse integrates a range of artificial intelligence functionalities---including editing, enhancement, and rendering---which are executed via protected cloud infrastructure. Such cloud-based operations are activated solely in response to the user's deliberate selection of a feature that inherently demands server-side computational resources.

The transmission of user content---comprising images, video files, or other forms of media---to our secure server environment is contingent upon two cumulative conditions: first, the user must explicitly choose a cloud-reliant tool; second, the user must formally trigger the processing action through a clear manual command. Under no circumstances does SugarPulse autonomously transmit personal media files either passively, in the background, or absent of overt user engagement. Furthermore, prior to the commencement of any data transfer, the Application provides a conspicuous notification to the user, confirming that the selected operation will necessitate remote cloud processing.

Data Retention Policy and Erasure Protocol

Media files transmitted to our servers are retained exclusively for the duration required to fulfill the processing operation initiated by the user. Upon completion of the requested service, both the original source files and the resultant outputs are subjected to automatic and irreversible deletion within a period of seventy-two (72) hours. Al Tech Developer does not maintain any archival copies or backup instances of user-submitted media, nor does it repurpose such content for advertising campaigns, algorithmic training initiatives, user profiling activities, or any other objectives extraneous to the core functionality of the Application.

Security Measures

All data transmission events---encompassing both uploads and downloads---are safeguarded through TLS encryption in accordance with prevailing industry standards. Access privileges to stored content are stringently circumscribed, being granted solely to automated processing pipelines and the authorized infrastructure components that are indispensably required for the execution of the user's selected service.

Content Moderation Notice

While we endeavor to calibrate the underlying AI model with the highest degree of propriety and sensitivity, users may nonetheless encounter generated material that they deem personally objectionable or unsuitable. Should you come across any content that you consider offensive or otherwise inappropriate, we encourage you to promptly notify us via email at dogecopier@gmail.com. All reported instances will be expeditiously reviewed and addressed, and your submissions will additionally contribute to the ongoing refinement and enhancement of our algorithmic performance over time.

Categories of Information Collected

  1. Platform Interaction Data
We may gather information pertaining to your engagement with our Platforms, including but not limited to browsing patterns, click activities, file downloads, content sharing, video manipulation operations, and any other inputs you furnish during service utilization. This data enables us to deliver the core functionalities of the Platform to you.
  2. Device and Operational Log Data
To maintain system stability and security, optimize user experience, facilitate advertising and notification delivery, and safeguard your account integrity, we collect specific device-related and log-based details when you access our services. Such information encompasses: unique device identifiers, Google Advertising ID (GAID), device model, system language preference, country or region setting, advertising identifier, operating system version, IP address, software build version, network access modality, connection quality measurements, and operational service logs.
  3. Feedback and Customer Support Data
When you contact us for technical assistance or to submit feedback, we collect the information and accompanying materials you provide, along with your contact particulars (including telephone number and email address). This allows us to address your concerns effectively and deliver appropriate customer service.
  4. Facial Feature Recognition Data
When you utilize facial editing or synthesis capabilities, our system automatically detects the spatial positioning and geometric configuration of your facial landmarks to derive the analytical information necessary for image processing. The computed outputs are subsequently delivered back to you. We do not retain the original photos, video files, facial feature datasets, or resultant renderings, nor do we disclose such information to any external parties. This processing is performed exclusively to enable the facial recognition functionality and to enhance the quality of your generated outputs. Should your editing activities involve the facial features of another individual, you bear sole responsibility for notifying that person and securing their explicit consent.
  5. Cloud-Based Processing
In order to facilitate efficient and precise image or video processing, we may temporarily transmit your media files or associated metadata to our cloud infrastructure for effect generation. Such uploads are utilized strictly for the specific processing operation that you have requested. We do not retain the media, metadata, or any related data beyond the operational period required, nor do we repurpose them for any secondary objective or share them with third parties.

Device Permissions

To provide you with better products, efficient services, and an improved user experience, we may request certain permissions on your device when offering additional features. 2. Camera Permission -- Allows you to take photos and record videos within the app.
  3. Network Access Permission -- Enables various online services, such as accessing and downloading materials.

The data associated with the permissions enumerated herein is regarded as sensitive in nature. Should you choose to decline any given permission, such action shall solely preclude your access to the specific functionality that depends upon it; your capacity to utilize other features within the application shall remain wholly unaffected. You may at any time review the current status of your permissions by navigating to the system settings interface of your device. It is within your discretion to enable or disable any or all of these permissions in accordance with your personal preferences.

Please be mindful that upon granting a permission, you are thereby authorizing us to collect and process the corresponding personal information exclusively for the purpose of delivering the service to which that permission pertains. In the event that you subsequently disable a previously granted permission, such action shall constitute a cancellation or formal revocation of your prior authorization, and we shall cease all collection or usage of personal information reliant upon that permission from that moment onward. Nevertheless, the deactivation of a permission shall not affect any data collection or processing activities that were lawfully conducted during the period when the permission remained active.

Third-Party SDK Integrations and Service Partners
